HSI closed the session 528 pts lower at 17682 on last Friday. Overall turnover further fell to $53.2B. In the early session, HSI opened 422 pts lower and remained negative throughout the day. It steadied between 17600/ 18000 area. Market sentiment remains cautious and without clear direction. Trend will turn clear until US economic data announce and mainland markets resume. Technically, HSI trend remains weak and trend will improve until it recovers the 10-day MA (16820). Support at 17000.
