Leo Tung-Hai Lee Foundation Limited is a registered charitable institution established in 2004 with the following objectives:-

(1) To grant educational funds and scholarships to students, either in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or in any part of the world and making donations to any non-profit making education institution and otherwise promoting education in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or in any part of the world and for general charitable purposes beneficial to the Hong Kong community.

(2) To provide for the relief of poverty suffering among poor or necessitous persons who are in conditions of need or hardship as a result of local, national or international disaster or by reason of their social and economic circumstances in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or places outside Hong Kong Special Administrative Region by means of pecuniary or other assistance.

(3) To attain the objects of the Foundation by giving money donations, financial or material assistance to other charitable organizations.

(4) To attain the objects of the Foundation by launching and assisting the fund or material raising activities and accepting any donations, gifts and bequests from any individuals, companies, organizations or associations.

(5) To carry out and perform any charitable works, corporations or affairs which is conducive to the objects of the Foundation.
